How much VitaminSpice should I use per serving?

Just 1/2 teaspoon of VitaminSpice provides an adult with 50% or more of the recommended daily allowance of most vitamins.  For children, 1/4 teaspoon provides the same nutritional value.

If I cook with VitaminSpice, will the vitamins and minerals still be available for absorption?

Cooking and baking with VitaminSpice up to temperatures of 300 degrees Fahrenheit is absolutely fine. At higher temperatures, the vitamins and minerals begin to break down, reducing the nutritional efficacy of the spice.  However, the spice itself will still deliver the same natural flavor.
